Crystal V. Lowe is an ordained minister, author, poet/lyricist, and songwriter originally born and raised in Lackawanna, New York, now residing in Prince George's County, Maryland. Crystal released her first single, At Rest in Your Arms, in February 2022 and her second single, All I Want to Do, in September 2022, both available worldwide on all digital platforms.  

Crystal began her songwriting as a poet. Her poetry writing evolved into lyrics written to accompany the random melodies she began hearing inside. Writing has always been an outlet for Crystal, whether it's through poetry, lyrics, songs, or just journaling. When Crystal is not writing songs and books or ministering the gospel, she is serving in ways that help persons navigate through difficult seasons in life.   

Crystal's book credits include co-author in the anthology Empowered to Win: Stories from Women Who Have Used Their Trials and Tribulations to Make a Difference (2019); Living On the Other Side of Yes (2018); and a book of poetry, entitled A Higher Calling (1998).    

Crystal earned the Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland, and the Master of Theological Studies degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, District of Columbia.

Above all, Crystal V. Lowe is a worshiper who loves God and strives to live a life that glorifies God while inspiring others to do the same.

Crystal V. Lowe was born and raised in Lackawanna, New York, and resides in Prince George's County, Maryland. She is an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Zion (A.M.E. Zion) Church and currently serves as an Associate Pastor at the Judah Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in Mitchellville, Maryland. Rev. Lowe has ministered overseas in Zimbabwe and South Africa, and has also traveled to Ghana. 

Crystal has a passion to help persons navigate through difficult seasons in life and finds fulfillment serving as an advocate for victims of sexual assault.  Rev. Lowe’s compassion for victims of sexual abuse prompted her to organize a ministry called BreakThrough to help survivors triumph over the victimization of their past and walk in freedom and newness of life.  She founded Unstuck Productions, LLC, which utilizes publications, workshops, personal consultation, media, and various forms of intellectual property to help persons recognize their potential and actualize results.
